Representative Profile

Masayuki Yamaguchi (“Masa-jii”)
Founder & CEO, Mriya2035 LLC
Logistics Designer
Born in Hokkaido, Japan, Masayuki Yamaguchi has spent more than three decades working in the field of logistics and supply chains.
After graduating from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies with a specialization in Russian Studies, he joined Nippon Express Co., Ltd., where he was involved in international logistics operations for over 25 years. He later moved to Japan Post Service Co., Ltd. (now Japan Post Co., Ltd.), continuing his work in large-scale logistics systems.
He has approximately eight years of overseas work experience in Germany (Munich and Frankfurt) and has been seconded to both Japanese manufacturers and global freight forwarding companies. Through these experiences, he developed a deep understanding of how logistics systems function — and fail — under real-world conditions.
In 2025, he concluded his corporate career and founded Mriya2035 with a clear conviction: with a clear conviction: logistics must be redesigned as social infrastructure that protects human dignity and supports societal resilience.
Outside of his professional work, he values everyday life and the relationships that sustain it.
